ENGL 167D CH - Chicanx Short Fiction A wide compendium of short stories written by Mexican Americans or Chicanxx will be analyzed, dating from the 1930s to the present day. Diverse approaches—historic, thematic, or regional—will be employed, as well as a focus on subgenres such as adolescent literature or detective fiction.
