CORE 003 SC - The Life Story

This course is designed to provide students with an introduction to the field of gerontology through an interdisciplinary perspective. The course will draw on memoirs as well as academic source materialin order to assist with the understanding of the lived experiences of older people. This course has a service learning component and students must be able to spend time at the Jocelyn Senior Center in Claremont most weeks assisting with enrichment courses and meal services.
