FGSS 026 SC - Introduction to Feminist, Gender, and Sexuality Studies This course introduces students to the dynamic, interdisciplinary field of Feminist, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. Issues to be covered may include: the transnational and intersectional approaches and methodologies of Feminist, Gender, and Sexuality Studies; the social construction of gender and sexuality; the gender and sexual politics of everyday life; the gender and sexual politics of colonialism, nationalism, and neoliberalism; and the relationship of feminism to freedom and consent.
