PSYC 162 SC - Psychology and the Law This course will survey issues in psychology and law including an introduction to the legal system, eyewitness identification, confessions, competence and insanity, jury decision making, victims, and sentencing issues. Basic psychological theory, relevant case law, and methodological issues associated with conducting research in psychology and law will be covered.
Prerequisite(s): PSYC 052 . Instructor: J. Groscup Course Credit: 1.0
