SOC 142 AF - Transatlantic Black and Asian Experience

Organized as a Film Festival seminar, this course explores Black and Asian transatlantic immigration histories as represented via the popular culture medium of film. Uses film, criticism and guest speakers/directors as the core materials for examination and discussion.
