MUS 130 SC - Rhythm and the Latina Body Politic This interdisciplinary course focuses on the construction of Latina bodies in contemporary US popular culture, in particular how dance movement is often ethnically defined along cultural and gendered stereotypes. Dance, music, and control of the body are used as key concepts in exploring this arena. This course satisfies the fine arts requirement.
