PHIL 134 SC - Knowledge and Mind This course is a philosophical investigation of knowledge and mind. What is rational belief? What is truth? What are sensory or perceptual states? When is a sensory or a perceptual state a rational warrant for belief? Readings from Plato, Aristotle, Descartes, Locke, Hume, Hegel, Lewis, Sellars, Wittgenstein, Rorty, Davidson, and others.
